I have developed a strong foundation in providing reliable andprofessional services that meet the diverse needs of clients. My background equips mewith expert knowledge of Residential, Commercial and Investment Real Estatetransactions. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a strong understanding of 1031Tax Deferred Exchanges, Estate planning, Probates and various other complextransactions. Over the years, I have expanded my knowledge in Title Insurance Policies, Endorsements, Escrow Accounting, Recordings and Office Management. I am pursuingmy Provisional Real Estate Licenses and currently hold my Title Insurance Licenses.When I’m not busy on the job, I enjoy hanging out with my Grandsons. With a passion for animals, my Aussiedoodle and Miniature Poodle are high on my list of loves. My husband, Tim, and I enjoy our OU Football games and traveling when possible. My greatest accomplishments are my two amazing daughters. I believe you lead byexample, hard work and faith.

Throughout her career, she has held various positions, including Processor, Manager of Shipping Department, and Closer, giving her a unique understanding of the title process. Tina takes pride in being a trusted partner for her customers, helping them turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. I’ve been married to my husband for 37 years and we have two adult sons. In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking, and playing disc golf with my family. I started my current closer position with Compass Title in February of 2024. I’ve dedicated my role to building a solid foundation my clients can rely on.
